Connect your Redtail CRM account to Zocks to push notes and tasks to your CRM and update contact records. The Redtail integration uses the same advanced CRM layer that Zocks implemented platform-wide, so you have access to all two-way structured data sync options.

How do I link my accounts?
Log in to your Zocks account and go to Integrations. Scroll to the CRM integration section and select Redtail by clicking Connect.

Enter your Redtail username and password to complete the connection.
Once connected, you can adjust your settings and configurations under the gear icon.
How do I tailor the CRM setup to my workflow?
Under Integration / Your Settings
You can turn contact sync between Zocks and Redtail on or off and configure contact filters.
You can enable Redtail Calendar sync
You can set a default due date for tasks Zocks creates after meetings.
How do I save my meeting notes to Redtail?
Open a meeting from the Past Meetings section. You can save all results or individual sections to Redtail from:
The Export dropdown in the upper right corner
The Meeting Summary tab using the Save to Redtail buttons
The Meeting Summary and Form tabs by clicking the Redtail icons
Use the Contact dropdown to choose which contact to associate the notes with.
How do I save my tasks to Redtail?
Open a meeting from the Past Meetings section and go to the Follow-Up Tasks section on the Meeting Summary tab. Click Save to Redtail.
In the modal window, you can update:
Due date
Assigned to
Importance
Category
Activity type
Status
Template
Applying a template will update all task properties - including type, category, and status - to match the template's defaults. You can remove the template at any time or click Reset to restore the original values.
Coming soon: You'll be able to use template subjects and descriptions alongside Zocks-generated content. When a template is applied, Zocks' suggested task subject and description will be preserved - the template will apply on top, so you keep the context Zocks captured without losing your template structure.
Merging tasks
You can combine 2 or more tasks into a single task. Select the tasks you want to merge and click Merge. Zocks will automatically combine the subjects and descriptions into one.
When you're ready, select the tasks you want to sync and click Save to Redtail.
How do I update contact information in Redtail from Zocks?
Open a meeting from the Past Meetings section and click the Redtail icon next to the contact name in the Configure Assignment section.
Zocks will show the current contact information stored in Redtail alongside any updates learned during the meeting. Click Save to apply the changes to the contact in Redtail.
