How to use Sentiment Analysis in Zocks?

Tracking participant sentiment on meetings and across my entire practice

Updated over a month ago

Your Zocks AI assistant can help you to track your clients' sentiment during meetings helping you understand if they react to certain conversation topics positively and whether they leave the meeting with an overall good impression.

This sentiment analysis data can be used for:

  • More tailored client communication and follow-ups

  • Enhance client relationships by better understanding emotional drivers and to build trust by recognizing emotional cues

  • Improve team efficiency and meeting or workflow templates

  • Tailor financial plans to comfort levels

  • Trend analysis over time and across team

  • Monitoring client retention signals

How do I enable Sentiment Analysis on my account?

You can enable the feature by navigating to your Setup - Settings - AI Assistant menu and switching on the "Enable Meeting Sentiment" option. As Zocks has a strict no-recording policy, sentiment data can't be retrieved for past meetings. However, it will be automatically generated for all new meetings where your AI Assistant participates.

Please note that Sentiment Analysis might not be available in your subscription tier. If you are part of an organizational account, please reach out to your account owner to enable the upgrade for you.

How do I use the meeting sentiment feature?

The system uses AI to analyze the conversation for emotional tone (e.g., positive, neutral, negative) and draw a complete timeline divided by participants or summarized as an overall score.

In Zocks you can customize your meeting output and workflows based on Meeting Types and each meeting type can include a number of presets or customized Meeting Summaries. To make the most out of the Sentiment Analysis feature we recommend to include the Conversation Timeline preset in your Meeting Types so your AI Assistant can overlay the meeting sentiment based on the discussed topics in the meeting.

  • Meeting Insights: by opening one of your Past Meetings you can see an overall sentiment score summarizing the meeting. If you would like to see a more detailed participant-based view, please click on 'Show Participants Sentiment'.

  • Conversation Timeline: first you need to make sure that you selected a Meeting Type that includes the Conversation Timeline Preset. You can see the output of the presets included in your current Meeting Type by navigating to the Meeting Details tab. There is a 'Show more' button on the Conversation Timeline that you can hit to see a more detailed breakdown of the meeting.

  • Analytics Hub: your AI Assistant collects Sentiment Data and creates detailed reports for you on Practice, Advisor and Client level to show trends and insights. You can find these reports under the Analytics Hub - Dashboard menu in the left-hand menu bar.

The Zocks team is continuously expanding the available range of charts, and you can also request custom analytics by contacting our sales team.

The Overall sentiment score on the meeting, in the pie chart is a 0-10 number where the AI Assistant samples sentiment from all participants, positive sentiments are calculated as 10, neutral as 5 and negative is 0 and summarizes an overall score for the entire meeting.
