You can connect your eMoney account to Zocks to update Facts in eMoney and pull data for meeting prep and more. You will have access to all the two-way structured data synchronization options available.

How do I link my accounts?
Log in to your Zocks account and navigate to Profile Settings > Integrations
Scroll down to the Financial Planning integration section and click Connect next to eMoney.
Follow the on-screen instructions and authenticate with your eMoney account.
Once connected, you'll see eMoney listed as Connected on the integrations page.
Contact Synchronization
Your Zocks contacts automatically sync with your eMoney contacts when the connection is established. The sync is based on email addresses, so only eMoney contacts with email addresses will sync to Zocks.
After the initial sync, new eMoney contacts automatically sync every 30 minutes.
How do I update client information in eMoney?
After each meeting, Zocks analyzes your meeting and highlights potential updates for your client’s Facts section in eMoney. Zocks compares your meeting notes with existing eMoney data and suggests new or modified Fact records for you to review and save.
To update an existing eMoney contact with new information discovered in your meeting, open the meeting from the Past meetings section and click the eMoney icon next to the client’s name in the Participants section. Be sure to select the primary contact linked to the eMoney household.
If your contacts are synced, Zocks will automatically select the eMoney contact to send the data to. If the eMoney contact is new and isn't synced yet, you can select the contact name manually in the modal. If you check "Link selected Financial Planning contact to Zocks contact" at the bottom of the modal window, Zocks will link the accounts together.
Zocks will display your client’s current eMoney data (if there’s any) next to any new details automatically captured during your meeting. For each section where information can be updated, you’ll see both the old data and the suggested update, with checkboxes so you can choose exactly which changes to keep.
No updates are saved unless you choose them, you always have full control. By default, all checkboxes are selected - simply uncheck any sections where you don’t want to keep the suggested update or want to keep the original eMoney data. Review all the updated information before making changes. When you’re ready, click Save. Only the sections you’ve left checked will be updated in the client’s eMoney profile.
How do I use eMoney data in Meeting Prep?
Default Meeting prep templates now include financial planning information automatically. For synchronized contacts, your Meeting prep will automatically use and include eMoney information when you're using the system default templates.
If you're using custom templates, make sure to include a financial planning section in your templates for eMoney information to appear.
You can define your own template and data will appear according to your preferences, but here is an example template section:
[Summarize key financial data, including but not limited to goals, net worth, income, expenses and taxes, savings and contributions, asset allocation.]
