You can connect your PreciseFP account to Zocks to update ClientDetails in PreciseFP and pull data for meeting prep and more. You will have access to all the two-way structured data synchronization options available.
With this integration, you can:
Sync contacts between PreciseFP and Zocks

Prepare for meetings using combined PreciseFP, Financial Planning, CRM, and Zocks summary data
How do I link my accounts?
Log in to your Zocks account and navigate to Profile Settings > Integrations
Scroll down to the Forms & Client Onboarding integration section and click Connect next to PreciseFP
Follow the on-screen instructions and authenticate with your PreciseFPf account.
Once connected, you'll see PreciseFP listed as Connected on the integrations page.
Contact Synchronization
Select the “Gear Icon” next to the “Disconnect” button to enable Contact Synchronization. Synchronization matches contacts based on email addresses: only PreciseFP contacts with email addresses will be linked to existing Zocks contacts. If a contact from PreciseFP doesn’t already exist in Zocks (matched by email), it will be created as a new contact.
If synchronization is enabled, contacts will sync automatically every 30 minutes.
How do I update client details in PreciseFP?
After each meeting, Zocks analyzes your meeting and highlights potential updates for your Client Details in PreciseFP. Zocks compares your meeting notes with existing PreciseFP data and suggests new or modified information for you to review and save.
To update an existing PreciseFP contact with new information discovered in your meeting, open the meeting from the Past meetings section and click the PreciseFP icon next to the client’s name in the Participants section.
If your contacts are synced, Zocks will automatically select the PreciseFP contact to send the data to. If the PreciseFP contact is new and isn't synced yet, you can select the contact name manually in the modal. If you check "Link selected Financial Planning contact to Zocks contact" at the bottom of the modal window, Zocks will link the accounts together.
Zocks will display your client’s current PreciseFP data (if there’s any) next to any new details automatically captured during your meeting. For each section where information can be updated, you’ll see both the old data and the suggested update, with checkboxes so you can choose exactly which changes to keep.
No updates are saved unless you choose them, you always have full control. By default, all checkboxes are selected - simply uncheck any sections where you don’t want to keep the suggested update or want to keep the original PreciseFP data. Review all the updated information before making changes. When you’re ready, click Save. Only the sections you’ve left checked will be updated in the client’s PreciseFP profile.
Important: Zocks not only supports PreciseFP’s default data structure, but also detects and maps to your custom data fields - keeping your customized Client profiles up-to-date as well.
How do I use PreciseFP data in Meeting Prep?
For synchronized contacts, your Meeting prep will automatically use and include PreciseFP information.
