Step-by-step Integration Guide:
Access Profile Settings:
From the left-hand navigation menu within your Zocks application, select "Profile settings." This section is where you manage your personal account details and various integration options.
Navigate to the Integration Section:
Once in "Profile settings," locate and navigate to the "Integration" section.
Initiate Webex Connection:
Within the "Integration" section, find the Webex integration option and click the "Connect" button.
Webex Login (If Required):
You may be redirected to the official Webex login page at https://www.webex.com/. If so, please log in with your Webex credentials.
Complete the Process by Accepting Permissions:
After successful login (if required) and reviewing the permissions requested by Zocks for the integration, click "Accept."
Once you have clicked "Accept," the integration is live and ready to use.
Note: Zocks is connected with a Webex Service App–based model, which is currently under internal review by Webex. This setup will act as a dedicated bridge between Zocks and Webex, delivering a more reliable and scalable integration. For Webex enterprise clients, it means critical business processes can operate independently of individual user accounts, reducing risks tied to personnel changes.
