Client Profiles in Zocks are the backbone of each client record, powering Client Intelligence, AI features, and Analytics. Built on the industry-standard FORM framework (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money), profiles stay up to date automatically, Zocks captures new details from every client meeting and client-related email, so there’s no manual data entry.
Another key difference from traditional client relationship databases is that Zocks preserves full field-level history with timestamps and the source of each update. This enables much deeper behavioral insights, such as tracking salary increases or changes in business ownership over time, and seeing whether each detail came from a phone call, an in-person conversation, or an email exchange.
Can I control or override the information that gets entered to my Client Profiles?
Your Zocks AI Assistant updates records automatically but always gives you a summary after meetings or next to your email threads (in the Email Hub). This shows the detected changes or newly learnt information and can also be edited manually any time by navigating to the Contact’s page.
How Client Profiles are created and updated?
Your Zocks AI Assistant begins populating a contact’s Client Profile after your first meeting with them or the first client-related email thread.
When a meeting moves to Past Meetings, Zocks triggers a Client Profile update for all participants. It first seeds the profile with data from your connected CRM (make sure CRM integration and Contact Sync are enabled), then enriches/overwrites it with newly learned details from the meeting.
The same flow applies to email: when a new client thread starts, Zocks syncs from your CRM, then adds insights extracted from the conversation.
Availability (Pro tier)
Client Profiles for Pro launched on September 5, 2025. Only meetings and email threads on or after this date trigger Client Profile updates, events before this date are not backfilled.
How do I use Client Profiles together with my CRM?
Traditional CRMs excel at centralizing client records and showing when they were last updated. What they don’t always provide out of the box is a detailed history of changes and their source, exactly which field changed, what the prior value was, and where the new information came from.
Zocks complements your CRM by automatically keeping Client Profiles current and keeping field-level history (what changed, when, and the source). Within Zocks, Client Profiles serve as the working source of truth for AI-driven features, enabling richer context for insights and automations without manual data entry.
Stay compliant and in sync
Most firms still use their CRM as the official system of record for compliance. Zocks supports that: it can export client-related changes and tasks from meetings and emails, and generate templated meeting notes you can push to your CRM with a single click.
Best of both worlds
For workflows like Meeting Preparation, your Zocks AI Assistant uses CRM data alongside Client Profiles—so you get the reliability of your CRM and the depth and freshness of Zocks.
