Create Contact in CRM, Financial Planning, Portfolio Manager, PreciseFP from Zocks

This article describes how to create new contacts in connected systems from Zocks.

The Contact Creation feature allows you to create new contacts in any of your connected systems directly from Zocks, streamlining your workflow by eliminating manual data entry across multiple platforms. All information detected during conversations is automatically included when creating contacts.

This feature works with:

  • CRMs

  • eMoney

  • Orion Portfolio Management

  • PreciseFP

Contact creation will be available by default in all future system integrations.

Where can I create contacts?

There are two main places where you can create contacts in connected systems:

  • Past Meetings - Open your meeting from your Past Meetings list and create contacts for participants who attended the meeting. All conversation data from that meeting will be included.

  • Email Hub - Create contacts directly from email interactions, converting email correspondents into full contact records while preserving email context and history.

How do I create contacts from Past Meetings?

  1. Navigate to Past Meetings and select your meeting

  2. Click on the integrated system icon next to the participant's name


    The feature works for botg types of participants:

    1. Guest Participants - First-time meeting attendees who aren't yet in your Zocks contact base. You can create them as a Zocks contact and simultaneously create their record in connected systems (CRM, eMoney, etc.) in one step. All systems become linked to the Zocks contact automatically.
      After filling out the Name and Email address, click Continue and Save.

    2. Existing Zocks Contacts - Contacts already in Zocks who need to be added to other systems. Select an existing contact, choose which connected systems to add them to, and their record is created with information captured during the conversation. This is particularly useful for eMoney and Orion integrations, where clients may exist in your CRM and Zocks but not yet in specialized platforms.

How do I create contacts from Email Hub?

  1. Navigate to Email Hub and go to the email thread with the Contact

  2. Click on the integrated system icon on the Contact card

  3. Verify details and click Continue and then Save to complete creation

What information is transferred when creating a contact?

All information detected during conversations is included: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, and any other data discussed during meetings.
