How do I link my accounts?
Log in to your Zocks account and navigate to Profile Settings > Integrations
Scroll down to the Financial Planning integration section and click Connect next to RightCapital.
Follow the on-screen instructions and authenticate with your RightCapital account.
Once connected, you'll see RightCapital listed as Connected on the integrations page.
How do I update client information in RightCapital?
After each meeting, Zocks analyzes the conversation and highlights potential updates for your client’s profile in RightCapital. Zocks compares your meeting notes with existing RightCapital data and suggests new or modified records for you to review and update.
To update an existing RightCapital contact with new information discovered in your meeting, open the meeting from the Past meetings section and click the RightCapital icon next to the client’s name in the Participants section.
If your contacts are synced, Zocks will automatically select the RightCapital contact to send the data to. If the RightCapital contact is new and isn't synced yet, you can select the contact name manually in the modal. If you check "Link selected Financial Planning contact to Zocks contact" at the bottom of the modal window, Zocks will link the accounts together.
Zocks will display your client’s current RightCapital data (if there’s any) next to any new details automatically captured during your meeting. For each section where information can be updated, you’ll see both the old data and the suggested update, with checkboxes so you can choose exactly which changes to keep.
No updates are saved unless you choose them, you always have full control. By default, all checkboxes are selected - simply uncheck any sections where you don’t want to keep the suggested update or want to keep the original RightCapital data. Review all the updated information before making changes. When you’re ready, click Save. Only the sections you’ve left checked will be updated in the client’s RightCapital profile.
How do I create contacts from Past Meetings?
Navigate to Past Meetings and select your meeting
Click on the RightCapital icon next to the participant's name
The feature works for both types of participants:
Guest Participants - First-time meeting attendees who aren't yet in your Zocks contact base. You can create them as a Zocks contact and simultaneously create their record in RightCapital in one step.
After filling out the Name and Email address, click Continue and Save.
Existing Zocks Contacts - Contacts already in Zocks who need to be added to RightCapital. Select an existing contact, click the RightCapital icon, select 'Create new contact in RightCapital' and their record is created with information captured during the conversation.
