What do I need before I start?
Subscription Requirements
Make sure you're on an Ultimate subscription plan to access the Zapier feature. If you're currently on a Professional plan, you can launch an Ultimate trial (while continuing to pay only for Pro) and experience the Zapier integration as well as all other Ultimate features. Go to Plan and Start Free Trial.
User Permissions
You must be an Account Owner or Administrator to set up the Zapier integration.
Important: For privacy protection purposes, the Zapier integration can only be enabled at the account level by users with admin rights. How do I connect my Zocks account to Zapier?
Unlike most systems you can connect with Zocks, you won't find Zapier on Zocks' Integrations page. The connection needs to be initiated from Zapier.
Steps to connect:
Go to Zapier and log into your account
Start creating a Zap by clicking Create > Zaps
Click on the first rectangle labeled Trigger to set up Zocks (Zocks will always be your trigger that kicks off workflows in other systems)
Search for "Zocks" in the app list
On the right-hand side under Account, click Sign in
Follow the steps to authenticate with your Zocks credentials
That's it! You're now connected to Zocks!
What can I set up Zaps for?
The following Zocks events can trigger automations in Zapier:
Meeting Events:
Meeting Finished

Client Signals:
Zocks automatically identifies and captures key life and business events discussed in client conversations, enabling you to create opportunities and trigger workflows without manual effort. Learn more about Client Signals here!
