You can connect your Wealth.com account to Zocks to access estate planning status and client data to enhance your Meeting Prep, during Live Meetings, when using Zocks' Ask Anything, and automating email responses.

With this integration, you can:

  • Connect your Zocks and Wealth.com accounts

  • Sync contacts between Wealth.com to Zocks

  • Prepare for client meetings using estate planning status and document data from Wealth.com

  • Get instant insights from Wealth.com when using Zocks' Ask Anything AI Assistant

  • Generate email replies based on Wealth.com estate planning data

  • Fill Zocks Forms utilizing estate planning information from Wealth.com

Coming in a later stage: Create new client records in Wealth.com from Zocks, update client personal data in Wealth.com with insights from your meetings, and push meeting notes to Wealth.com.

How do I link my accounts?

  1. Log in to your Zocks account and navigate to Integrations

  2. Scroll down to the Estate Planning integration section and click Connect next to Wealth.com.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and authenticate with your Wealth.com account.

  4. Once connected, you'll see Wealth.com listed as 'Connected' on the Integrations page.

How do I link my Wealth.com contacts to my Zocks contacts?

Contact Synchronization

  • Enable Contact Synchronization under Your settings

  • Synchronization matches contacts based on email addresses: only Wealth.com contacts with email addresses will be linked to existing Zocks contacts. If a contact from Wealth.com doesn't already exist in Zocks (matched by email), it will be created as a new contact.

  • If synchronization is enabled, contacts will sync automatically every 30 minutes.

How do I use Wealth.com data in Meeting Prep?

Your Meeting prep can automatically use and include Wealth.com information if you've added an estate planning section to your template - the system default templates do not include an estate planning section.

Make sure to include an estate planning section in your templates for Wealth.com information to appear.
