Learn more about Conversation Insights and how to access it

Updated today

Conversation Insights empowers you to track popular topics, monitor how they evolve over time, and identify which advisors are driving each discussion. Use it to spot growth opportunities, scale what's working, and build a high-performing team by gaining visibility into how advisors interact with clients and which topics generate the most client questions.

The Insights page includes the following sections:

  • Key Highlights: A summary of your most important metrics over the last 30 days by default (timeframe adjustable). This includes your most discussed and most client-driven topics, topics with the most client questions, overall market outlook, and more.

  • Top Discussion Topics: A breakdown of each topic, including how many times it was mentioned, who drove the conversation, and how many questions the client raised in relation to it.

  • Investment Products: The same detail view applied to investment product discussions: mention frequency, conversation driver, and client questions generated.

  • Client Outlook: A summary of how clients have expressed sentiment toward different asset classes.

  • New Opportunities: Tracks held-away assets from initial mention through advisor suggestions and client agreement.

  • Referral Insights: An overview of referral-related activity surfaced from your meetings.

How to use it:

  • Access is limited to Admins and Owners.

  • By default, data is shown across all advisors, but you can filter to view any individual advisor.

  • The default timeframe is the past 30 days. Use the date selector in the top right to switch to the past 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.

  • All Insights sections are available by default, except Referral Insights. To enable referral tracking, you'll need to add the referral presets to your selected meeting type. Learn more about meeting types & presets β†’

Customisation:

In addition to the 17 pre-defined topics tracked by default, you can add up to 5 custom topics to capture anything not already covered. Custom topics can be configured under Setup - Settings - Insights.
