Zocks Scheduling includes built-in reminders to help make sure booking invitations are acted on and scheduled meetings aren’t forgotten.
There are two types of scheduling reminders:
Booking follow-up reminders are sent to clients who received a booking invitation but haven’t selected a time yet. These reminders automatically stop as soon as the client books a meeting.
Meeting reminders are sent to clients ahead of an already booked meeting. Only the client receives these reminders—co-advisors and other meeting invitees do not.
Configure reminders
Reminders are off by default and are configured at the account level. You need to be an Owner or Administrator to manage them.
Go to Setup → Scheduling → Reminders.
You can configure up to 4 reminders for each category. For every reminder, you can choose when it should be sent, from 1 to 14 days before the relevant event.
To enable, disable, or update a reminder:
Click Edit next to the reminder.
Use the toggle in the upper-right corner to turn the reminder on or off.
Configure the timing.
Click Save changes.
Any changes you make also apply to reminders that have already been scheduled but have not yet been sent.
Both Booking Follow-up Reminders and Meeting Reminders are global account-level settings and apply to all event types.
Reminder email templates
You can preview the emails clients receive under Setup → Scheduling → Email Templates.
The corresponding templates are:
