Set up your Account booking page

Share one booking link for your whole firm. Clients pick a time, and Zocks assigns the meeting to an available advisor.

The Account booking page is a single public booking page for your account. Clients see your firm's branding and open time slots, not a list of advisors. When a client books, Zocks picks one available advisor from the pool you set up and adds the meeting to that advisor's calendar.

Use it for new leads who don't have an advisor yet, like people who find you through your website, a landing page, a campaign or cold outreach.

Key concepts

The pool

The pool is the group of advisors who can take meetings for a booking event. You choose the pool separately for each booking event, so your intro call and your planning call can have different advisors.

How Zocks picks an advisor

  • Clients see combined availability. A time slot appears if at least one advisor in the pool is free. Slots where no one is free stay hidden.

  • Clients don't choose an advisor. They pick a time, and Zocks handles the rest.

  • Bookings are spread evenly. Zocks assigns each booking to an available advisor and rotates bookings over time, so no one advisor gets all the meetings.

Set up the Account booking page

Step 1: Turn on the Account booking page

Go to Settings → Setup → Scheduling → Public booking pages and turn on Account booking page.

The Account booking page is off by default.

Step 2: Choose which booking events appear

You can set this up in 2 places:

Right after you turn on the Account booking page with the Add event types link.

Later, from Settings. Go to Settings → Setup → Scheduling → Shared event types and select a booking event.

Each account-level booking event has 2 separate settings:

  • Show on Account booking page. Clients can book this event from the Account booking page.

  • Available to advisors. Advisors can use this event for their own bookings and invitations.

Turn on the settings you need. A booking event can be on the Account booking page, available to advisors, or both.

Tip: If only one booking event is on the page, clients go straight to it and skip choosing an event.

Step 3: Choose the host

Go to Settings → Setup → Scheduling → Shared event types and select a booking event, then select the Hosts tab.

For each booking event on the Account booking page, choose who hosts:

  • One host. Every booking goes to the same advisor.

  • Rotating host. Bookings are spread across the advisors in the pool.

Step 4: Add advisors to the pool

Select the advisors who can take meetings for this booking event.

Administrators can only add hosts who have a working calendar integration.

Step 5: Copy and share your link

Click Copy link and add it wherever new clients find you: your website, email signature, social profiles, or campaign emails.

Zocks doesn't send the link for you. Share it through your own channels.

FAQ

Can advisors still use their own booking page?

Yes. User booking pages work the same as before. The Account booking page is an extra entry point for your firm.

Why don't I see any time slots on the Account booking page?

Check that the booking event is set to show on the Account booking page, and that at least one advisor in the pool has a connected calendar and open availability.

Can I take an advisor out of the rotation temporarily?

Yes. Remove them from the pool for that booking event. Their existing meetings stay on their calendar.
