Zocks provides integration with multiple meeting providers, such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
In this short article, I’ll show you how you can connect Zoom with Zocks.
From the left menu, select “Profile settings” and navigate to the “Integration” section.
Click "Connect" to integrate with Zoom (or any supported meeting provider). Allow the integration to establish the connection.
To edit your integration settings, click on the gear icon.
Choose between two integration types:
Assistant: this is the meeting assistant or bot that joins your scheduled meetings. You can disable "Auto Join to Meeting" to turn off your bot automatically join your meetings. Customize the name of your meeting assistant by navigating to "Meeting Assistant" in the navigation bar. Switching between "Hosted," or “All” controls whether your bot joins only your hosted meetings or every meeting you have in your calendar. Finally, click “Save”.
Recording: If you’d wish to use this you must take cloud recordings in Zoom so Zocks can process them.
5. To complete the process, click ‘‘Save”.
