Make changes to the AI generated results to get a more personalized outcome:
for your whole team (as an Admin)
for certain team members (as an Admin)
just for yourself (as an Admin or User):
Access the “Setup” menu and navigate to “Meeting presets”.
Scroll down and click on the gear icon next to “Follow-Up E-mail”.
You’ll see different options based on your access level:
As an Admin:
By clicking on the “Account Level” section, you can make changes which will apply to all your teammates.
By clicking on the “Your Own” section, your changes will appear only on your own Follow-Up email.
By clicking on the “Your Team Members” section, you can set changes for a selected team member too.
After you choose the appropriate section and rewrite the parts you want to change click on “Save” to finalize your changes.
Make sure you tick the little box in the top right corner next to “Customize”.
As a User:
You can customize your own follow-up e-mail, if you want a different format than your team members.
Rewrite the parts you want to change and click on “Save” to finalize your changes.
