We’re excited to introduce Zocks Assistant 2.0, with a bundle of purpose built AI Agents, that takes your post-client meeting workflows to the next level. After working closely with financial advisors, we’ve designed this Assistant to handle the key challenges you face, right out of the box—no need for initial customization.

The revamped AI Assistant is built around three key principles: Complexity, Consistency, and Configurability. This ensures that the Assistant can:

This update represents a complete overhaul of the Meeting Summary output.

With the AI Assistant, you can now customize your meeting summaries using simple, natural language commands. Whether it's providing a detailed explanation of a meeting or pulling relevant data from your connected CRM and calendar, the AI Assistat is designed to streamline your process.

If you need to correct or change a client’s name in Zocks, you can simply ask the AI Assistant to do it, and it will remember the preference for future use.

Tailor the layout of your meeting summary exactly to your liking.

Example: “Please add the conversation timeline to the beginning.”

  • Adapting Financial Discussions
