For Admins and Owners
Enable an app for your team
For Enterprises, apps first have to be enabled in the Enterprise Hierarchy Settings.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Apps. You'll see all available apps. Apps that aren't yet enabled show an Enable button.
Click Enable on the app you want to make available.
On the app detail page, go to the Permissions tab to review what data the app can access (OAuth scopes).
Set which roles can use the app under Roles with access (Admins & Owners or Everyone in the Account).
Click Enable to confirm.
Note: Some apps are only available on higher plans. These show an Upgrade button instead of Enable.
Set role-based access
Go to the Permissions tab on any app's detail page to see and update role access. You control which roles in your account can connect to each app, only Admins&Owners or Everyone in the Account.
Changes to roles apply immediately. Only users with an allowed role will be able to connect to that app.
Disable an app
To disable an app, go to the app's detail page and turn off access. When you disable an app, all users in your account are disconnected automatically - including users who were actively using it. Any automations or workflows using that connection may stop working.
For users
See which apps are available
Go to Settings → Integrations → Apps to see all apps in your directory.
Available apps show a prompt to connect from the app itself (for example: "Connect from Claude to get started").
Unavailable apps show a lock icon and the message: "This app isn't available for you. Contact your admin to get access."
If an app you need isn't available, reach out to your Account Admin or Owner.
Connect an app
Connection is always started from the other app, not from Zocks. Once your admin has enabled an app, go to that app (for example, Claude or Zapier) and follow the steps there to connect it to Zocks.
Disconnect an app
To remove a connection from Zocks:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Apps.
Click Manage on the connected app.
Click Revoke my access in the top right.
Confirm by clicking Revoke access.
You'll lose access shortly after confirming.
