Zocks automatically detects Client Signals during meetings and surfaces them on the meeting summary page. With this feature enabled, those signals go one step further - they are automatically saved to your connected CRM without any manual input from the advisor.
From property sales and career changes to family milestones and referrals, every detected signal is written to the right contact record in your CRM the moment a meeting is processed. No post-meeting action is required from anyone on your team.
How does the export work?
When a meeting is processed, Zocks detects any Client Signals present in the conversation. The export to your CRM happens automatically as part of that processing - typically within one to two minutes after the meeting ends. No button needs to be pressed, no review step is required, and the advisor's involvement ends when the meeting ends.
Each signal is associated with the specific contact it relates to and is saved to that contact's record in your CRM. For this to work, the Zocks contact must have an active CRM link. If no CRM link exists on the contact, the export will not happen for that signal.
What signals are supported?
All Client Signal types are supported for CRM export β including life events, business events, referrals, decisions, and future meetings. For a full description of each signal and what it captures, see Zocks Client Signals.
How is mapping configured?
Each signal type can be mapped to a specific CRM object, giving your firm full control over where each signal lands and how it connects to your existing CRM structure. A few rules to know:
Each signal type maps to exactly one CRM object.
Each signal can only be mapped once β it cannot be sent to multiple destinations.
Default field mapping is included out of the box, so signals will export without any custom configuration if you choose to keep defaults.
Client Signals to CRM is available as a self-serve setup. That said, meaningful customization β mapping signals to the right objects, understanding field relationships, and ensuring your CRM workflows trigger correctly β requires a solid grasp of your CRM's data model. If that sounds like a lot, that's exactly what our implementation team is here for.
