Egnyte Integration with Zocks

Connect Egnyte to Zocks to link client folders to contacts, save meeting summaries, prep, forms, and document summaries directly to Egnyte, and import documents for processing without leaving Zocks.

Once connected, you can link each client's Egnyte folder to their Zocks contact, save meeting summaries, meeting prep, forms, and document summaries straight to Egnyte with a click, and import documents from Egnyte for processing instead of downloading them first.

How do I connect Egnyte to Zocks?

  1. Go to Integrations in Zocks.

  2. Under Document Management, select Egnyte and click Connect.

  3. Follow the prompts to authenticate with your Egnyte account.

How do I link a client's Egnyte folder to their contact?

There are two ways to link a Egnyte folder to a Zocks contact:

From the contact page

  1. Open the client's contact page and click Edit.

  2. Scroll down to the Egnyte section.

  3. Select the Egnyte folder you want to link to this contact.

While exporting to or importing from Egnyte

  1. If a client doesn't yet have an assigned folder, you can select one directly while saving a document to Egnyte or importing a document from Egnyte.

  2. That folder is then saved as the client's assigned Egnyte folder for future use.

How do I save documents to a client's Egnyte folder?

Meeting summaries, meeting prep, forms, and document summaries can all be saved directly to Egnyte:

  1. Click Save to Egnyte on the meeting summary, meeting prep, form, or document summary you'd like to save.

  2. If the client has an assigned Egnyte folder, the document saves there automatically.

  3. If you'd like to save it elsewhere, you can choose any other location in your Egnyte account.

How do I import documents from Egnyte for processing?

When uploading documents for Document Intelligence processing, you can import them directly from the client's Egnyte folder instead of downloading them to your device first.

  1. Start a document upload as you normally would.

  2. Choose to import from Egnyte rather than uploading from your device.

  3. Browse the client's assigned folder (or anywhere else in Egnyte) and select the document(s) you want to process.

  4. You can select multiple documents at once to process them together.
