Analytics Hub in Zocks

What type of analytics and reporting tools are available

Updated over a week ago

The Analytics Hub in Zocks empowers you to uncover insights and track trends across multiple levels, delivering Practice, Advisor, and Client-level metrics from both real-time and historical data. With these insights, you can optimize meetings, streamline workflows, and identify the best moments to follow up with clients.

The Analytics Hub is structured to aggregate and roll up data so you can view:

  • Single Meeting

  • Single Client

  • Single Advisor

  • Sub-group of Clients

  • Sub-group of Advisors

  • Entire Practice

  • Across offices (Enterprise multi-account setups)

This allows Owners and Practice management to:

  • Check trends on the entire Client Base

  • Track Client Base health and activity metrics

  • Gain practice performance insights: opportunities captured, next workflow steps identified

  • See insights on Workflow Optimization

  • Replace current manual KPI reporting

and Advisors and their Teams to:

  • Coach advisors based on Meeting Scoring

  • Track Advisor Performance metrics

  • Do trend analysis over time and across teams

  • Monitor Client relationship and retention signals

  • Improve Team efficiency and Meeting or workflow templates

Where can I find the Analytics Dashboard?

There are three main places where you can access analytics:

  • The centerpiece is the Analytics Hub - Dashboards section, which you can reach from the left-hand menu

  • You can, however, also see client-based analytics under each Contact by clicking the Analytics tab

  • Under each Advisor by navigating to the Account - Manage Team section and opening the advisor’s page

For our Enterprise customers a fourth view in available on the Enterprise Dashboard, where the account hierarchy management is located. This can be used to view multi-account, organizational-level summaries.

Who can access Analytics Hub?

The feature is available to all customers in the Pro and Ultimate subscription tiers. However, only users with Owner and Administrator roles can view the dashboards.

Data Sources for the Analytics Hub

Most dashboards are powered by meetings processed in Zocks. To ensure complete data, allow your AI Assistant to join all client meetings (online, by phone, and in person too) as these conversations further refine your insights.

Presets

Some analytics also rely on specific Presets. For example, the Number of Future Events Scheduled chart (on the Meeting Insights tab) uses the Future Events preset. Be sure to include this preset in your Meeting Types to populate that chart. You can learn more about customizing your Meeting Types here.

Meeting Types

Use Meeting Types to tag workflows (e.g., New Client Onboarding, Retirement Planning). Always choose the best-matching type to improve optimization insights. Your AI Assistant can auto-suggest the right type, so you rarely need to set it manually. Learn how to enable AI-based meeting type suggestions here.

Roles

Roles let you compare performance across your team—for example, whether Associate Advisors have a higher client talk ratio than Tax Planning Specialists. Configure the appropriate Roles on the Contact page. Learn more about Roles here.

Sentiment Tracking

Sentiment shows how clients feel about specific topics discussed in meetings. Use it to spot reactions and trends, for example, how clients respond to fee structures, portfolio changes, or policy updates. Track sentiment over time to uncover patterns that inform coaching and messaging. Learn how to enable Sentiment Tracking on your Account here.

Meeting Scoring

Meeting Scoring evaluates how well a meeting followed your best practices (e.g., agenda use, discovery depth, next-step clarity). It powers your Advisor Coaching and appears on two dedicated tabs in Analytics: Meeting Scoring and Team Performance. Learn how to enable Meeting Scorecard here.

How can I filter my charts?

There is a global filtering option on the left-hand side that you can use to filter for built-in ranges or to set up a custom range. Please refer to the screenshot below:

All charts affected by the filter change are highlighted with blue.

Can I export my charts?

Yes, most list-based charts can easily be downloaded as CSV. You can find this under the three dots on the upper right corner of each chart that allows for such export.

Can I request a custom chart or report?

Yes, for further information on that please contact our sales team.
