What is Agenda Tracking?
Agenda Tracking helps you plan and run meetings more effectively. Create agendas, track what gets done, and turn any unfinished points into follow-up tasks automatically.. It lets you:
Create agendas from templates or build custom items by meeting type.
Use fixed, AI-suggested, or fully custom agenda items.
Track completion of items live during a meeting.
See a post-meeting summary of completed vs. unchecked items.
Convert unchecked items into follow-up tasks automatically.
How do I enable Agenda Tracking on my account?
Go to Setup → Meeting Types → Select a meeting type you would like to enable Agenda Tracking.
Click Enable Agenda Tracking.
If your plan does not include it, upgrade as prompted.
4. Review and set agenda templates.
Here you can define the agenda template for this meeting type. You can set templates at the account, team, or user level. Fixed elements stay the same for every meeting, while custom instructions update automatically and sync with each meeting prep rerun.
How do I use the Agenda Tracking?
Upcoming meetings
Start meeting prep
Choose a Meeting Type with an Agenda template.
The agenda is generated automatically based on the agenda template. You can manually edit the items by clicking on them.
Live meetings
Open the agenda view and mark items complete as you progress.
Past meetings
Review the completion summary.
Unchecked items become follow-up tasks, linked to the meeting.
Adjust assignees and due dates as needed.
Good to know
If no agenda is created, a default template can auto-apply if enabled.
Deleting an agenda does not delete linked tasks.
Changing the Meeting Type does not alter an existing agenda unless you apply a new template.
Accurate tagging and participants improve analytics quality.

Do unchecked items always become tasks?

Will this overwrite existing agendas?
Agenda embedded in meeting summary need to be manually removed. Agenda tracking won't affect the customised templates.
