How do I link my accounts?
Log in to your Zocks account and navigate to Integrations
Scroll down to the Financial Planning section and click Connect next to Conquest Planning
Select your residency — Canada or United States
Follow the on-screen instructions and authenticate with your Conquest Planning account
Once connected, you'll see Conquest Planning listed as Connected on the Integrations page

How do I create a new plan in Conquest from Zocks?
After a meeting, or when processing an email or document, Zocks can help you create a new financial plan in Conquest Planning — no need to switch tools or re-enter information manually.
From a conversation
Open the meeting from your Past Meetings section
Click the Conquest icon next to the contact's name in the Participants section
If the contact isn't linked to a Conquest plan yet, select Create new plan
Zocks will pre-fill the plan with details captured during your meeting for you to review
Check or uncheck sections as needed, then click Save
From an email
Available in the Ultimate subscription tier.
Open the email thread in Zocks
Click the Conquest icon next to the relevant contact
Select Create new plan
Zocks will extract key details from the email to pre-populate the plan
Review, adjust, and click Save
From a document
Available in the Ultimate subscription tier.
Open the processed document in Zocks
Click the Conquest icon next to the relevant contact
Select Create new plan
Zocks will pull relevant information from the document to pre-fill the plan
Review the suggested data, then click Save when ready
In all cases, nothing is saved to Conquest unless you confirm it. You have full control over what gets written.
How do I link Conquest plans to my Zocks contacts?
Once the connection is established, you can link the financial plans you've created in Conquest Planning to your Zocks contacts. You can do this in three ways:
1. From your Contacts menu
Go to your Contacts menu and select the contact you want to link
Click the gear icon next to the contact's name
Scroll to Conquest Planning and select the plan you want to link to this contact
2. During Meeting Prep
When preparing for an upcoming meeting, Zocks will flag contacts that aren't yet linked to a Conquest plan by highlighting the Conquest icon with a yellow badge. This means Zocks can't pull planning data for that contact into your meeting prep or Ask Anything responses yet.
Click the Conquest icon next to the contact's name
Select the plan you want to link from the dropdown
Click Save
Rerun your meeting prep so it can include Conquest Planning data
3. From Past Meetings
Open the meeting from your Past Meetings section
Click the Conquest icon next to the contact's name in the Participants section
If the contact isn't linked yet, map them to an existing Conquest plan by selecting it from the dropdown
Check Link selected plan to Zocks contact to save the connection for future meetings
How do I use Conquest data in Meeting Prep?
Default meeting prep templates automatically include financial planning information for linked contacts. When your Zocks contact is linked to a Conquest plan, meeting prep will pull in relevant planning data from Conquest alongside your other connected systems.
If you're using custom templates, add a financial planning section to your template for Conquest data to appear. Here's an example template section you can use or adapt:
[Summarize the client's current financial plan, including key goals, planning scenarios, income and asset assumptions, projected retirement outcomes, and any open action items or planning gaps identified in Conquest.]
How do I access Conquest data with Ask Anything?

Type any question in the Ask Anything chat and Zocks will pull in relevant information from Conquest Planning, your past meetings, and your other connected systems to give you an instant answer.
For example, you can ask:
"What's the current plan scenario for this client?"
"What goals do we have on file for them?"
"Are there any planning gaps flagged in Conquest?"
How do I fill Zocks forms using Conquest data?
When filling out forms in Zocks, the AI Assistant can draw on financial planning data from Conquest to pre-populate relevant fields — saving you from manually entering information that's already in your client's plan.
How do I get AI-generated email replies using Conquest data?
Your Zocks AI Assistant helps you respond to clients efficiently by automatically pulling relevant information from your meeting history, connected CRM, Client Profiles, and Conquest Planning.
