Financial conversations are full of language AI Assistant doesn't expect: your firm's own name, planning terms, or custodian shorthand. When your AI Assistant mishears one of these, the error can follow that meeting all the way through your summary and prep notes.
Vocabulary fixes that at the source. Add the words and phrases specific to you and your clients, and your AI Assistant recognizes them going forward, so you stop correcting the same term every week.
Add a word or phrase
Account specific vocabulary can be managed by account admins and account owners.
Go to Settings, Setup then, then select Vocabulary.
Enter the word or phrase you want your AI Assistant to recognize in the entry field. You can also paste a list of terms, one per line to add several at once.
Click Add.
Edit or remove a word
To change a term, click the edit icon next to it, update the spelling, and save.
To remove one you no longer need, click the delete icon next to it.
How it works
Your AI Assistant uses the words and phrases in your Vocabulary list to improve recognition while it processes future meetings and calls, it's not a find-and-replace fix. The improvement carries through to meeting summaries, meeting prep, and anywhere else that transcript is used. It doesn't retroactively correct transcripts you already have.
A few things worth knowing:
Matching is case-sensitive. Uppercase and lowercase versions of a word count as different entries, so add the exact spelling and capitalization you want to see — for example, “eMoney,” not “Emoney.”
There's a limit. You can add up to 200 words and phrases per account, and each entry can be up to six words long.
It's not guaranteed. Adding a term makes it more likely to be recognized correctly, but it won't fix every mishearing, especially on noisy audio.
