The Coaching tab in Insights shows how each person's meeting score on your team has changed overtime to spot trends. You can see who's below the benchmark and open anyone's history to find out what's pulling their score down. It's built for practice managers, compliance officers and firm leaders who want to know where to put their coaching time.

In the left sidebar, click Insights.

The page opens with the last 90 days of data by default. To change the period, use the 90D / 6M / 12M filter in the top right. To find a specific person, use Search users.
