Having trouble logging in to Zocks? Most login problems happen because the account was set up with a different sign-in method than the one you're using now. This article explains how to find the right method and fix the most common issues.
Use the same sign-in method every time
You can sign in to Zocks in several ways. Always use the method you used when your account was created:
Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn: select that button on the login page. Your login is handled by that provider, so you don't have a separate Zocks password.
Email and password: enter the email and password you created for Zocks.
Your firm's single sign-on (SSO): go to your firm's own Zocks login address, not the standard login page. See Sign in with your firm's SSO.
"Incorrect email or password"
If you see this message but you're sure your details are right:
Check whether you normally sign in with Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or your firm's SSO. If so, use that option instead of typing your email and password.
Check you're entering the email address linked to your Zocks account. Some people have accounts under a work email and a personal email.
If you do use email and password, reset your password from the login page with Forgot password.
The password reset email didn't arrive
Check your spam or junk folder, and wait a few minutes before trying again.
Check the email address. The reset email only goes to the address linked to your Zocks account.
Check your sign-in method. If your account uses Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or your firm's SSO, you don't have a Zocks password, so no reset email is sent. Sign in with that method instead.
Ask your IT team. Some firms' email filters block automated emails. Your IT team can check whether the reset email was held.
If none of these work, contact us and we'll check which sign-in method your account uses.
Sign in with your firm's SSO
If your firm uses single sign-on, you have your own Zocks login address, usually in the format yourfirm.zocks.io. The standard login page at console.zocks.io doesn't show your firm's SSO option.
If you don't know your firm's login address, ask your firm's Zocks admin or IT team, or contact us.
Can't log in on the mobile app
If Zocks works on your computer but not in the mobile app, you're probably using a different sign-in method on your phone. Choose the same option you use on your computer, for example Sign in with Microsoft rather than typing your email and password.
Change your password or sign-in method
Email and password accounts: use Forgot password on the login page to set a new password.
Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn accounts: your password is managed by that provider, so change it there.
Switching to a different sign-in method or changing the email address on your account: contact our Support Team.
To add extra security to your login, see Set up two-factor (2FA) authentication.
