Uploading Your Account Logo

You can upload a custom logo to personalize your account and ensure that exported documents reflect your company’s brand identity.

Who can update the account logo?

Only users with account-specific rights can:

  • Edit the account name

  • Upload or change the account logo


Where is the logo used?

At the current stage, your uploaded logo replaces the default Zocks logo on all exported documents.

Note: Although not recommended, you may also use this feature to add company headers to exported documents if needed.

In the future, the logo will also be used in additional labeling areas across the platform.


Logo requirements

To ensure the best display quality, your logo must meet these requirements:

  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF

  • Minimum height: 160 px

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB

  • Image sizing is handled automatically by the system


How to upload your logo

  1. Navigate to Account Settings.

  2. Select Edit Account.

  3. Click Upload Logo.

  4. Choose an image file that meets the requirements above.

  5. Your file name will appear replacing the default.

Your new logo will immediately replace the default Zocks logo in exported documents.


FAQ

Q: Can I remove the logo once uploaded?
A: Yes, you can replace or remove the logo at any time by editing your account settings.

Q: Can I use a very wide logo or header-style image?
A: Technically yes, but it is not recommended. The feature is designed for logos, and using a header may affect readability.

Q: Will my logo appear anywhere else in the future?
A: Yes. We plan to extend the use of account logos to other areas of labeling beyond exported documents.
