Managing Contacts and Consent

This article covers how to manage contacts and consent from the Zocks mobile app.

What you can do

  • Browse and search your full contact list, synced with web

  • Add a new contact directly from the app

  • View and edit a contact's details

  • Check a contact's consent status and review their consent history

  • Set or override consent manually when it isn't captured automatically

  • Ask the AI Assistant questions about a contact from their profile

Browse and search your contacts

  1. Tap the Contacts tab.

  2. Use the search bar at the top to find a contact by name.

  3. Tap a contact to open their profile.

Add a new contact

  1. From the Contacts tab, tap +.

  2. Enter the contact's details (name, email, role).

  3. Tap Add contact.

The new contact syncs automatically with web, so it's available everywhere you use Zocks.

View and edit contact details

  1. Open a contact from the Contacts tab.

  2. Tap Edit to update their information.

  3. Make your changes and tap Save changes.

Changes you make on mobile sync automatically with web, so your contact records stay aligned everywhere you use Zocks.

Check and manage a contact's consent

Every contact has one of four consent statuses, the same as on web:

  • Accepted – the contact agreed to be transcribed and analyzed by the AI Assistant.

  • Rejected – the contact declined.

  • Revoked – consent was given before and later withdrawn.

  • Unknown – no consent signal was captured yet.

Who can do this: What you see depends on your account role. Setting or overriding consent manually is available to Owners and Admins on Pro and Ultimate plans.

To check or update a contact's consent:

  1. Open the contact's profile.

  2. Go to the Consent tab to see their current status and consent history.

  3. To override the status, choose Accepted, Rejected, Revoked, or Unknown.

  4. Tap Apply changes.

Resolve a locked meeting from mobile

If a meeting is locked because a participant's consent isn't resolved, you can fix it without switching to web:

  1. Open the locked meeting.

  2. Review the participant(s) with an unresolved consent status.

  3. Confirm their consent status.

Ask the AI Assistant about a contact

  1. Open a contact's profile.

  2. Tap Ask Anything.

  3. Type or dictate your question — for example, "When did I last meet with this contact?"

Tip: "Ask Anything pulls context straight from your meeting history with that contact, so you don't need to dig through past summaries."
