Manage your plan, billing, and subscription

View your plan, update your payment method, see past invoices, and cancel or reactivate your Zocks subscription.

This article explains how to view your Zocks plan, update your payment details, and cancel or reactivate your subscription. It also covers what happens to your meetings and data after you cancel.

Who can manage billing

Only users with the Owner role can see and change billing details, including the payment method and subscription. If you don't see Plan under Settings, you probably aren't the Owner. Ask your account Owner to make the change, or see Roles and user groups within Zocks.

If your firm, broker-dealer, or a partner provides your Zocks plan, billing may be handled by them. In that case, contact your firm's Zocks admin or our Support Team.

View your current plan

  1. Log in to Zocks at console.zocks.io.

  2. In the left-hand menu of the main dashboard, select Settings » Plan.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to Settings » Plan in the left-hand menu.

  2. Open the Billing tab.

  3. Select Change Payment Info and enter your new card details.

View past invoices

Your billing history, including past invoices, is on the Billing tab.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings » Plan in the left-hand menu.

  2. Open the Billing tab.

  3. Select Cancel Subscription.

After you cancel, you choose what happens to your account:

  • Keep your account: Your meetings and data stay stored, and you can reactivate later.

  • Delete your account permanently: All of your data is removed and can't be recovered.

What happens after you cancel

You keep full access to Zocks, including your past meetings, until the end of the period you've already paid for. For example, if your subscription is paid through October 6, you can use Zocks until then.

After that date, you can no longer log in to view your meetings or data.

If you chose to keep your account, everything stays stored and becomes available again when you resubscribe. If you'll need your meeting notes after canceling, make sure they're saved to your CRM before your paid period ends.

How long Zocks stores data also depends on your account's data retention policy.

Reactivate your subscription

If you kept your account, you can resubscribe at any time and your past meetings and data will be available again. If you canceled by mistake, including during a free trial, contact our Support Team and we'll help you restore access.

Questions about a charge or pricing

If an invoice looks wrong, you were charged an unexpected amount, or you have questions about your plan's pricing or seats, contact our Support Team through chat. Include your account name and the invoice date so we can help faster.
