Learn how to invite Zocks to your Phone Calls to take advantage of all the available meeting features

Updated over a month ago

In addition to Online meetings and In-person meetings, Phone Calls can also be processed with Zocks to analyze and summarize conversations from mobile and landline phone calls. Zocks can be added to a Phone Call as a participant in a conference call. One-time identification and linking is possible via a text message code for mobile numbers, and a voice code for landline numbers.

To set this up, you need to:

  1. Add your Phone Number under the "Profile Settings" - "Integrations" menu.

  2. Once your Phone Number is entered Zocks.io sends you a validation code via Text Message (SMS) or Voice code. You can select which option you prefer but as Text messages are usually not available on Landline phones, your main option for validation is Voice code, if you are not using a Mobile.

  3. You need to enter the validation code to finish adding your Phone Number to the system.

  4. Your Zocks AI Agent has its own dedicated phone number that can change depending on your location so make sure to add it to your contacts list. Zocks helps you by displaying a contact Card as a QR code to make this step easier on Mobile Phones.

  5. Once your Phone Number is validated and registered in Zocks, you can start inviting it to your client calls. To do so, you need to initiate a Conference Call and add the Zocks phone number you just stored as a new contact in the previous step. You can call the Zocks number first and then add your client to the call to avoid making them wait for Zocks to join in.

If you use a shared landline or a software-based call-out solution please switch to our Shared Phone Line option.

If you use multiple phone numbers (for example a private and a work phone) you can repeat the previous steps to register an additional Phone Number.

DISCLAIMER! Conference Calls (or Group Calls) are usually supported by most carriers around the globe but you might need to specifically request it to be added to your subscription. For more information, please consult with your carrier.
