System meeting type updates

We are updating the default meeting types on April 10th to better reflect how advisors actually run meetings across the lead-to-client lifecycle.

Updated yesterday

The new structure improves both preparation and summaries by making each meeting type more intentional. You’ll see clearer guidance before meetings and more structured, relevant outputs after, so notes are easier to review, share, and act on.

Existing accounts can opt in starting April 10th. New accounts will use the updated meeting types by default.

Why this update matters

The previous meeting types were more generic and often required manual adjustments to fit real workflows.

The new meeting types are designed to:

  • Match how meetings naturally progress from prospecting to ongoing client management

  • Reduce the need for manual editing during and after meetings

  • Surface key insights, decisions, and client context more clearly

  • Keep summaries focused on financial conversations rather than generic notes
