Updated over a week ago

Meeting type customization can maximize your Zocks experience: tailor the way you interact with clients, gather relevant data from your meetings, and align meeting results with your workflow and communication preferences.

As an example you can set up different meeting types for your annual check-in or onboarding calls.

Follow the next steps to modify meeting types:

  1. Access the menu for setup and select “Meeting types”. There you can see the meeting types Zocks has to offer.

  2. For example, let’s change “Onboarding”. To do so, click on the gear icon.

  3. There you can modify the structure of your “Onboarding” meetings. Click on manage presets, where you can select the type of data you wish to capture in the meeting. For instance, let’s add the “CLIENT'S TALKING POINTS” preset to the meeting type

  4. This new preset will be added to the bottom of the left column. You can drag it to wherever you like.

  5. To save your changes click save.

Now, let’s see how you can create your own meeting type:

  1. Go to the setup menu and select "Meeting types.

  2. Click on the “Add new meeting type” button.

  3. Customize the name of your meeting type by clicking the pencil icon next to "New Meeting Type."

  4. If you tick the box, you can choose to make this new meeting type as a default.

  5. In the “Configuration” section, you can add a description, average meeting time and typical meeting name.

  6. Manage presets by clicking on the “Manage presets” button, where you have several options to choose from. Tick the box to include your preferred presets.

  7. Once you are done, click “Change presets” to confirm your selection.

  8. Drag and drop presets to your preferred positions.

  9. Finally, click “Save” to save your changes.
